At the November meeting, our #TeamCISD School Board discussed a survey to be used to allow you to anonymously communicate directly with #TeamCISD Board members and administrators to help create a positive culture and climate. Feedback from the spring survey was discussed at the August Board meeting and was used to implement changes during the 2022-23 school year As mentioned, this survey is completely anonymous (no personally identifiable information or IP addresses will be recorded) and will be open for responses until December 16, 2022. To help in the data collection, please take the time to complete one survey for each campus on which you have a child enrolled and only complete the survey if you have a child enrolled in Clifton ISD. A report was received this morning regarding a high school student making a comment to at least one other student telling the other student not to come to school. The student did not mention a reason as to why the other student should not come to school. Police were notified of a possible threat and an immediate investigation with school administrators took place. It was determined the comments were not a credible threat and appropriate disciplinary and any legal action necessary will take place. No students or staff members were ever in danger. Thank you to our students who reported the incident in-person and through our StopIT app. Please understand all threats will be taken seriously and addressed accordingly.
