💉 Incoming 7th Grade Students
Students entering 7th grade at any Texas public school must have current Tdap and MCV4 (Meningococcal) immunizations or a valid exemption on file. Please submit your student's current immunization record to Clifton Middle School during registration.

👟📣 Incoming 7th Grade UIL Participants
Students participating in athletics or cheer must have a completed UIL Pre-Participation Physical uploaded to Rank One before participating. FREE UIL physicals are available by appointment at Goodall-Witcher Healthcare in Clifton and Whitney.

📝 Incoming 8th Grade UIL Participants
Students returning to athletics or cheer only need to complete the annual UIL Medical History page and return it to their coach, sponsor or the athletic trainer.

Clifton ISD’s STAAR testing schedule for April is now available. Families are encouraged to review testing dates for CHS, CMS, and CES and help students prepare by ensuring they are well-rested and on time each day. Middle School and High School students, please make sure you come each day with your Chromebook charged and your charger.
